Colorado Hockey Club
Registration Information
2011-2012 Hockey Season

Player fees are broken into two categories:

  • Registration Fee
  • Ice Fee

Registration Fee:

A registration fee is collected from CHC members to cover tryout/evaluations, general operating expenses of the association including administrative expenses, coaching and other operational expenses.  Registration fees are $250 per player and collected online prior to tryouts.

Online Registration:

  • During this on-line registration process you will be asked for the registration Fee of $250, per player.  This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Players not showing up for tryouts for any reason will not receive a refund.
  • Registration is only available online via the Colorado Hockey Club website.
  • Registration is payable via Credit/Debit card.  No personal checks will be accepted.
  • Payment Plan is available is a utilizing a Visa/Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards
  • All players must have paid the registration fee to participate in Tryouts/Evaluations.
  • You pay this registration fee once, so if you do not make a team you do not have to pay again to tryout for another team.
  • Players Not Making a Team:  Periodically players must be cut from CHC based on the number of players in a particular division or other reasons.  If a player is cut by the coaching staff after tryouts, we have a partnership with a house hockey program run out of the Colorado Sports Center.

Ice Fees:

Ice fees are based on the team to which the player is selected.   Ice fees cover the cost of purchasing ice time for practices, referees and games.   CHC maximizes the number of practices throughout the season, while trying to balance player development and costs.  Teams with higher rates will get more full ice practices throughout the season.  Association fundraising is no longer required.

Payment Plan is available for these Ice Fees. This installment plan breaks your ice fees into 25% chunks, charging your card on the inital date and the 15th of the next 3 months.
